The Inn Apartments at Birch Bay Retirement Village are comfortable and private by design, with four floor plans to choose from. Apartment sizes range from a cozy one bedroom to more spacious two bedroom residences, all with amenities galore. Many offer views of Frenchman’s Bay and Schoodic Mountain.

In order to help make your retirement more relaxing, we provide a hair salon on-site, mail and newspaper delivery, weekly housekeeping, and year-round buildings and grounds maintenance.

Life at the Inn includes a variety of cultural, social, and educational events hosted by staff and volunteers. The enriched activities program with scheduled transportation to performances, social events, local theaters, and the Bangor Symphony as well as field trips to the park and local galleries are available to Inn residents.

Personal Care Service Program

Birch Bay Retirement Village is licensed to provide limited assisted living and personal care services to residents in our independent living apartments. This means that residents can continue to live on their own with an extra layer of care and support when needed, without having to select from our round-the-clock residential care options.

These services include RN Services, Case Management, Medication Management & Administration, Foot Care, CNA/PSS Services, Personal Care Assistance, Meal Delivery, and more.

I moved to Birch Bay Village 15 months ago and I have loved every single day of it. I am free of worries of taking care of a house and all the responsibilities that come with it. I enjoy all the amenities and activities provided. I have never had a regret moving here!
