BEE Award for Exceptional Employees
The Mount Desert Island Health BEE Award is a special way to celebrate the outstanding employees who brighten each day with exceptional care, kindness, and service at Mount Desert Island Hospital, the Health Centers, and Birch Bay Village.
All employees are eligible for this recognition, with the exception of Registered Nurses (RNs) who participate in the DAISY Award program. Patients, family members, and colleagues are warmly invited to share their appreciation by submitting a BEE Award recommendation using the BEE recognition form linked below. Each recognized team member will receive a certificate and a BEE pin to proudly display on their badge.
