I want to acknowledge the wonderful care my loved one received. During our respite stay, our loved one left in much improved physical health then on arrival. The Admissions Coordinator's time and effort getting me through the registration and introduction was appreciated in what was a difficult time for me. Without exception, the staff is caring, competent and very pleasant. The head nurse is capable and compassionate. It was a joy to see the reaction your Music Therapist got from the residents with her wonderful music. I have great respect for the exceptional care given by the staff. My experience with staff and residents, be it brief, was very pleasant and memorable experience. They are truly missed.
